As Vice President of Commercial Services, Jen oversees all functions that drive top line revenue performance across our portfolio of hotels blending Sales, Marketing, eCommerce, Revenue Management and Distribution strategies into one integrated Commercial Services team. Jen and her team are tasked with maximizing revenue performance and market share across each of the markets we operate in.
Jen joined NCG Hospitality in 2002 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana. With nearly three decades of industry experience, she began her career in hospitality in 1996 and has been part of numerous hotel openings and acquisitions and has served in several positions throughout her career with NCG from Regional Sales Manager, Regional Director of Sales and Corporate Director of Sales prior to her current role. Prior to joining NCG, Jen held positions with Indian Oak Resort & Spa in Chesterton, Indiana, with White Lodging in Merrillville, Indiana as well as Interstate Hotels and True North Hotel Group here in Madison, WI.
Jen is an active member of HSMAI (Hotel Sales & Marketing Association International) and established the first local chapter for the State of Wisconsin serving as the founding President of HSMAI Wisconsin. She holds professional certifications in both Revenue Management and Digital Marketing (CRME, CHDM) and has been an active member of WH&LA’s Women in Lodging Chapter since its inception in 2013.
Jen is married and has two daughters. She is a longtime supporter of United Way of Dane County and has done volunteer work with Salvation Army Women’s Shelter and created a donation program for local hotels to provide linens and amenities to those in need within the community. In her free time, Jen enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and has a passion for travel and getting out and seeing as much of the world as possible.
