This sweepstakes is sponsored by Omaha Moxy Downtown (“Sponsor”). This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of their respective countries where not prohibited by law, who are twenty-one (21) years of age and have a valid address and email address. The following individuals are not eligible: employees, directors and officers of North Central Staffing, Inc., North Central Management, Inc., or any manager, parent, subsidiary, or affiliated entity of either of them; employees, directors, officers or owners of any entity providing employees to a North Central Group-managed hotel on a temporary basis; employees, directors and officers of Marriott International, Inc. or any of its franchised hotels; contractors of Omaha DT MM Investors, LLC; and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and spouse or “step” of each) of such persons. Sponsor may require any entrant to provide an affidavit confirming eligibility for the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on May 2, 2024 at 8:00 am local Omaha time and ends on May 9, 2024 at 11:59 am local Omaha time (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries (comments) must be received on or before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes Period at its sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER: You must enter the Sweepstakes through the Omaha Places Instagram Page. Entrants must like both Omaha Places and Moxy Omaha Downtown’s Instagram Pages and comment and like the Sweepstakes post to participate in the Sweepstakes. After submitting the required information, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the drawing.
WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be gathered at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. A winner or winners will be chosen at random. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be announced on May 9, 2024 after 12:00PM local Omaha time. Announcement and instructions for claiming the prize will be sent to the entry’s Instagram account. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her/their Instagram account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. Once entrant receives the announcement message, entrant will need to email Sponsor back at email provided to confirm. If a potential prize winner has not confirmed acceptance of the prize within five (5) days after notification at the contact information provided at the time of entry, the entrant will be removed from the Sweepstakes and no longer receive the prize, and a new winner will be chosen.
PRIZE: The prize includes one (1) complimentary one (1) night’s Sip N Stay Package stay certificate at the Moxy Omaha Downtown for the winner and up to to be used at the hotel within one year of the date of the award. Details of what is included in the Sip N Stay Package can be found on the Moxy Omaha Downtown website.
Advance reservation is required, maximum room capacity of 2 people/room. This prize is only redeemable for one (1) stay of up to a maximum of one (1) night and is subject to availability. Prize is non-transferable and winner has to be one of the occupants.

Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.
TAXES: All taxes imposed on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner is responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable tax laws and filing requirements. The winner may be required to complete and submit to Sponsor an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent, including the winner’s full Social Security Number, for receipt of the prize.
PUBLICITY: By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her/their name, likeness, comments, and photographs of him/her/them for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. In addition, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to take pictures of you and your guests, including minors, during the stay and use those photographs for marketing purposes, including social media.
FINAL AUTHORITY: Sponsor has sole and complete discretion regarding all sweepstakes-related matters. All decisions regarding qualifications, selection or disqualification of participant(s) or winner(s) shall be subject to the sole and complete discretion of the Sponsor. You can be disqualified for any reason at any time.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Sponsor and its manager, parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its manager, parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable laws.
INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS MANAGER, PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, THE META PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS MANAGER, PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE.
