NCG Hospitality, a Wisconsin-based leader in the ownership, development and operation of premier hospitality properties across the nation, is proud to announce it has earned the USA TODAY Top Workplaces 2025 award. Issued by Energage, an organization with a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees across 60 markets, the Top Workplaces program celebrates organizations with truly outstanding cultures.

NCG Hospitality’s recognition comes as a testament to its long-standing commitment to its Team Members and the communities it serves. As a family-owned business with over 45 years of experience, NCG Hospitality believes taking care of its Team Members is key to creating exceptional guest experiences and building strong communities.

“Receiving the Top Workplaces award is a tremendous honor,” said Jeff Lenz, CEO of NCG Hospitality. “It validates our unwavering commitment to creating an environment where every Team Member is empowered to thrive, innovate and deliver exceptional service to our guests and the communities in which we live and work.”

Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces survey. Winners are determined solely by employee feedback gathered through Energage’s research-based engagement survey, which evaluates 15 key Culture Drivers that predict high performance.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
