The 46 furnished studio, one and two-bedroom rentals will be equipped with a full kitchen, offer stunning views of Lake Monona, and in-unit washer and dryer in nearly every room. In addition to the in-unit amenities, the building will also feature a fitness center, rooftop patio with grills and soft seating as well as storage units available.
