Free Night Giveaway Sweepstakes
This sweepstakes is sponsored by North Central Management, Inc., on behalf of the hotels that it manages in the continental United States (“Sponsor”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Free Night Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on 11/15/2020 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on 12/31/2020 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received on or before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes Period at its sole discretion.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you must visit https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/su/DQiMWoT/freenightgiveaway (a “landing page”) and follow the instructions provided to submit your email address to receive one (1) entry. There is no cost to register or enter. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Email addresses that are already in Sponsor’s database are not eligible for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: (i) verify that the email address submitted is a valid and “live” email address that is not already included in Sponsor’s database, as well as any other element of any entry, related materials or entrant’s eligibility; (ii) to request additional information; and (iii) to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Sweepstakes, Sponsor or Sponsor’s advertisers, clients, or customers to controversy, negative publicity, scorn, or ridicule. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to provide any documentation or information deemed necessary by, and in a form acceptable to, Sponsor to satisfy the above requirement if asked by Sponsor to do so.
LIMIT: You may only use one (1) email address per individual to enter this Sweepstakes. Each entry form submitted will result in one (1) entry.
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a valid address and email address. The following individuals are not eligible: employees, directors and officers of Sponsor, North Central Staffing, Inc., or any entity providing employees to a North Central Group hotel on a temporary basis; employees, directors and officers of Hilton Worldwide, Inc., Marriott International, Inc., or any of its or their franchised hotels; and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and spouse or “step” of each) of such persons. Sponsor may require any entrant to provide an affidavit confirming eligibility for the Sweepstakes.
WINNER SELECTION/DRAWING: On or after 1/5/2021, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified via email on or before 1/5/2021. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her/their email account for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. Once entrant receives the announcement message, entrant will need to email Sponsor back at the email provided to confirm acceptance. If a potential prize winner has not confirmed acceptance of the prize within five (5) days after notification at the email account used for entry, the entrant will be removed from the Sweepstakes and no longer receive the prize, and a new winner will be chosen.
PRIZE (1): A One Night Hotel Stay at a hotel managed by North Central Management, Inc. at the time of the stay (which may vary); Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200. The prize also includes complimentary use of amenities at the selected hotel as typically available for guests at the selected hotel. Advance reservation is required. Maximum room capacity of 4 people/room. The prize is only redeemable for one (1) stay, and is subject to availability. Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer prize, and the winner must be one of the occupants. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of a price in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the prize winner.
TAXES: Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any. Winner is responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable tax laws and filing requirements. The winner may be required to complete and submit and IRS Form W-9 or equivalent, including the winner’s full Social Security Number, for receipt of the prize.
PRIVACY: A valid email address is required to enter the Sweepstakes. When you register, we collect personally identifying information about you, including your name, complete mailing address, and email address. The information that you provide will be added to a centralized Sponsor database and you will simultaneously be registered for Sponsor’s other websites as well. By entering and providing the required registration information, you acknowledge that Sponsor may send you information, promotions, or special offers it believes may be of interest to you offered by Sponsor. Your email address will not be sold or rented to third parties.
IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION, PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable laws. By participating, each entrant grants Sponsor permission to use his/her/their name, likeness, comments, and photographs for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration, except where prohibited by law. In addition, by participating in the Sweepstakes, each winner agrees to allow the Sponsor to take pictures of winner and his/her/their guests, including minors, during the stay and use those photographs for marketing purposes, including social media.
RELEASES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release Sponsor and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.
WINNER’S NAME: For the name of the winner, available after 1/5/2021, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Winner’s Name, The Free Night Giveaway Sweepstakes, 1600 Aspen Commons Drive Suite, 200 Middleton, WI 53562.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or any other error, human or otherwise.
