Jeff Lenz is President and Chief Asset Officer for NCG Hospitality. He is responsible for the preparation and administration of NCG’s Asset Management Strategy, through the entire life cycle, from acquisition to disposition, of all property to include the ongoing development and strategic implementation of all asset related initiatives within the NCG business plan. Jeff is also responsible for driving overall performance through the oversight of capital projects, equity sourcing, diversification and recapitalization of a growing family owned and managed real estate portfolio.
After graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Jeff went on to earn his Master of Science degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at the University of Wisconsin Madison. He began his career at NCG Hospitality as a Real Estate Analyst in 1995, and as Chief Development Officer before moving into his current position, he also worked for the mortgage banking firm Eberhardt Company in Denver, Colorado and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Jeff is currently serving as a board member of the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and a member of Hilton Hotel’s Product Advisory Council. He is also very active in real estate and the local community as a member of the Urban Land Institute and the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association in addition to being a Key Club Member of the United Way of Dane County. Jeff enjoys spending spare time with his wife Susan and three sons, Drew, Aidan and Dylan, and their many athletic endeavors. He is also a licensed pilot and acts as co-pilot for NCG’s corporate aircraft.
